We want you to love every ISVARA product. If you don't, here's our promise:

Damaged or defective product — full replacement or refund, no questions asked. Share an unboxing video or photo within 48 hours of delivery.

Wrong product delivered — full replacement at no cost.

Change of mind — we do not accept returns on fragrance products due to hygiene reasons. However if you are unhappy, reach out to us and we will make it right.

Refund timeline: 5-7 business days after approval.
